 Shandong Golden Luyang Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd is established on the basis of the original Jinan Luyang Forging Co.,Ltd,.Main products are Blade Flange,Tower Doorframe,Tower Flange,Pipe Flange, Swing Bearings, Yaw Gear, Tyre Mold and kinds of forged ring, which are extensively used on wind power,petroleum, chemical industry,ship-building,metallurgy,mining,hydraulic pressure, gear case,port,ship driving mechanism and so on. Annual capacity is 30,000 tons.
To satisfy demands from different customers, we equippe 1,250 tons Oil Hydraulic Press, 3 tons Electro-hydraulic Hammers, 2.5M Vertical Ring Rolling Machine specially for blade flange, 2.5M CNC Horizontal Ring Rolling Machine, , 2.5M CNC Vertical Lathe,3M CNC Drilling Press, all operated by robot arm.
In order to ensure different materials,different requirements,we have 1.5M/1.8M/2.3M Nitriding Furnace, Temperature Furnace 1200 degree, Vertical Resistance Furnace.We can do nitriding, solid solution treatment,normalizing,
annaeling, hardening and tempering etc heat treatment process.
We have advanced quality control and test equipments,strict and perfect quality managements system.Till now,we have obtained ISO 9001:2000 certificate from NQA, PED certificate from TUV.,Certificate of Works Approval from China Classification Society(CCS).
